The original plastic sink was replaced with a stainless-steel utility sink and a matching granite countertop. All the ceiling mounted flood lights and lightbulbs throughout the home were replaced with dimmable energy efficient LED bulbs. Mounted in the attic is a digital tv antenna for broadcast tv should cable go out. It is connected directly to the TV in the living room and the office. The home is pre-wired for a 50-amp back-up generator. The connection is located on the side of the home and connected to the home with a generator safety interlock. Mounted on the lanai are two LED spotlights that totally illuminate your fully fenced in rear yard. This is perfect for your fur babies at night. Did I forgot to mention that Palma Trace is a pet friendly community? They will love the yard. You have a large two car garage with plenty of storage as the walls and ceiling are covered with shelves to keep it organized. The roof was replaced by the HOA on February 19, 2026.
